You are responsible for showing up on time for all scheduled sessions.
If you miss a scheduled session, arrive significantly late, or fail to attend for any reason, that session is forfeited.
Missed or forfeited sessions are not refunded, credited, or rescheduled.
If a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstance arises, you are expected to communicate as soon as reasonably possible. This must be a true emergency (not poor planning) and very rare. Any exception will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Repeated missed sessions, lack of communication, or inconsistent participation may result in termination of the coaching relationship without refund.
Coaching packages are designed for committed participation for committed individuals that value both their time and the time of Dr. Shawn Geraty. It is your responsibility to protect the time, energy, and follow-through needed to fully engage in the coaching process.
Coaching packages must be used within the timeframe stated in the offer, package description, or coaching agreement.
It is your responsibility to schedule and use your sessions, calls, or other included services before your package expires.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All coaching packages begin on the start date or purchase date stated for the offer.
All sessions, calls, and included services must be used within the stated package term.
Unused sessions, calls, or access rights expire at the end of that term.
Expired sessions, calls, or access rights are forfeited and are not refunded, credited, carried over, or extended.
Coaching packages are designed to support focused and timely participation. Purchasing a package does not guarantee indefinite access to unused sessions or services beyond the stated term.
If a coaching package includes email, messaging, or between-session support, that support is limited to the scope and timeframe described in the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
Messaging support is intended for brief check-ins, encouragement, or clarifying questions
It is not unlimited access or emergency support
Response times are not guaranteed on nights, weekends, holidays, or outside business hours
Coaching communication is not appropriate for crisis situations or urgent mental health needs.
When you purchase a digital product, course, membership, or online program, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal use only.
